Paul Weiss, President, is the second generation of the Weiss family to
lead Techni-Tool. He joined the company in 1974, and has held numerous
positions throughout the organization in his career. His leadership
and focus on world-class customer service has been instrumental in making
Techni-Tool the premier tool distributor in the industry.
Stuart
Weiss, Executive Vice President, is responsible for Sales and Marketing.
He joined the company at the age of 5 at a salary of $1 a day -- plus
lunch. Stuart went on to develop and install the company’s first operating
system, and has been instrumental in expanding Sales/Marketing from
regional to national to international coverage.
Steven
Weiss, Executive Vice President, is responsible for New Business
Development in Strategic Markets. He joined the company fulltime in
1981 and has held a number of different positions in customer service,
fulfillment, and information services before starting and developing
the telesales department.
Michael
Ryan, Vice President of Sales, is responsible for Techni-Tool’s
international network of sales professionals. He joined the company
in 1997. Michael was previously Vice President of Marketing for the
Raco Division of the Hubbell Corporation, and has held sales and marketing
positions of increasing responsibility at Chemtronics Inc., and General
Electric.
David
Weitner, Vice President of Marketing, leads Techni-Tool’s web and
catalog channels, and develops overall marketing strategy for the company.
He joined the company in 2000. David was previously Vice President of
Direct Marketing for Day-Timer, Inc., and held a number of executive
positions in professional publishing with such companies as The McGraw-Hill
Companies, Times-Mirror Inc., and Boardroom Reports.
Dave
Deputy, Vice President of Finance, oversees all financial reporting
and controls, budgeting and credit management. David joined the company
in 2001. David is a CPA with 17 years of prior senior financial executive
experience.
William Kushner, Vice President of Product Management
and Purchasing, is responsible for the Product Management
and Purchasing for Techni-Tool. Bill joined the company in
1980 and most recently was Vice President of Operations. There,
he had full responsibility of the Operations including the
Inbound Call Center, Distribution Center, Telecommunications
and overall Facility Maintenance.
