Damaged Shipments and Claims: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Although
we take every reasonable precaution to assure the safe arrival of
your shipment, accidents or problems occasionally occur. We suggest
that you inspect all shipments immediately. All claims must be made
within 10 days of shipment date. If there is a problem, please notify

Export Orders:
You can buy a majority of the leading brands direct from Techni-Tool
(duty, taxes, and freight are extra). Tools and tool kits can be
converted to metric sizes, and we have CE and CSA approved 230-volt
50Hz electrical supplies on the shelf for fast delivery. We have
a staff of multi-lingual export professionals ready to serve you.
Payment can be made by credit card, international bank draft, irrevocable
letters of credit, and wire transfer.

Haz-Mat Shipping:
All products marked with a “Hazardous Materials” symbol in our catalog
must be shipped via Ground Carrier and incur an additional per shipment
surcharge. Products marked with a “no airplane” symbol in our catalog
must be shipped via Ground Carrier but do not incur an additional
shipment surcharge. We strongly suggest you purchase in case quantities
to minimize your cost. Haz-mat items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
5.
Leasing:
Techni-Tool offers leasing through a recognized third party leasing
company. The minimum lease is $1,000.00, for one to five year periods.
Rates, lease terms and conditions, buy out options, credit disclosures,
credit terms, pre-payments, etc., are solely between the lessor

Manufacturer Warranties/Limitation of Liability:
No liability is assumed for any consequential damages resulting
from the use of a product. Techni-Tool is not responsible nor warrants
any product for merchantability nor fitness for a particular purpose.
Warranties by the manufacturer, express or implied, including but
not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for
a particular purpose, are the sole responsibility of the provider.

Minimum Order: $50.00. Orders under $50.00 will be invoiced
at $50.00.

Open Account Billing Terms:
30 days net to D&B rated, credit accepted companies. Non-rated companies
wishing to open an account should forward three trade references
and one bank reference. Allow one week to clear. To avoid shipping
delay until credit is approved, use a credit card.
9.
Prices:
While we attempt to hold prices, we cannot control when our vendors
increase prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct misprints.
10.
Quotations:
All written quotations are valid for thirty days from day of issuance
unless specifically stated in writing. Quotations, after being accepted,
will be subject to credit approval before shipment. We reserve the
right to correct typographic errors in quotations.
11.
Returns and Exchanges:
All standard Techni-Tool products are backed by our unconditional
pledge: "If Within 30 Days You Are Not Satisfied With Any Product
Purchased (Except Haz-Mat, Custom Or Special Order Items), You May
Return It For Replacement, Credit Or Refund, Exclusive Of Shipping
Charges."

for a return authorization number. There is no restocking fee if
products are returned in saleable condition within 30 days. (Do
not write anything on the manufacturer's original packaging or use
as a shipping carton. Make sure you include all accessories, manuals
and warranties.) Please include a copy of the packing list or
invoice with a reason for the return. Late returns and incomplete
returns will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. We reserve
the right not to accept returns after 90 days.

Site Security:
We have appropriate security measures in place within our physical
facility to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of any information
contained in a quote or purchase.
13.
Shipping:
All shipments are F.O.B., Worcester, PA, USA, unless agreed to in
writing. Unless instructed, we reserve the right to pack and ship
your order in the most economical way. Our primary carrier is United
Parcel Service.
The prices you see in your shopping cart do not include shipping
costs. Because we need to take into account the amount of items
you order, the weight of the items, your location, and your choice
of shipper, we can only determine shipping cost after your order
is received. Shipping costs will then be added to your invoice.
95% of all items in inventory ship within four hours of receipt
of your order. Most orders received by 5pm EST are shipped the same

State sales tax will appear on all shipments to the following states
unless a signed official state tax exemption certificate is furnished

8.6%. CA, FL, GA, MN, NY, OH, TX, VA % based on your location.
