RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All standard Techni-Tool products are backed by our unconditional pledge: “If within thirty days, you are not satisfied with any product purchased (except haz-mat, custom or special order items), you may return it for replacement, credit or refund, exclusive of shipping charges.”

To return a product, simply call 800-832-4866 or 610-941-2400 for a return authorization number. There is no restocking fee, except as noted, if products are returned in saleable condition within thirty days. (Do not write anything on the manufacturer’s original packaging or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.) Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. Late returns and incomplete returns will incur a 15%, or higher, restocking fee. We reserve the right not to accept returns after ninety days. Your return authorization number is valid for thirty days.
